Andrews Construction Ltd. was awarded the contract to build 118 family homes at this prestigious development at Porterstown Road, Castleknock, Dublin 15.
The project was completed in 2017 with all 118 homes quickly selling out.
The development includes 3, 4, and 5 bedroomed terraced, semi-detached and detached family homes, meticulously designed and built to the highest quality standards, complimented by 5 acres of landscaped park-land. The two and three storey traditional block built houses have achieved BER ratings of A2. They include a variety of energy conservation and renewable energy measures such as solar panels, heat recovery ventilation, and rain water harvesting systems.
